Flexography & Rotary Letterpress

Flexographic printing transfers ink onto the material using flexible printing plates mounted on fast-rotating cylinders. Flexographic printing is significantly faster than digital, making large runs of labels more cost-effective to print. We can further enhance your label with special embellishments or bespoke cutting dies.

Our team ensures the highest quality of label by ensuring each stage of print is prepared to a first-rate standard.

Once artwork has been signed off it takes on average 3 working days for labels to be ready for delivery (time lead dependant on size and intricacy of job.)

There are a wide range of materials available to use on your labels and choosing the correct one is important to ensure the label is fit for purpose. Dippon has a large selection of label print machines on site and through knowledgeable members of staff we can ensure the most suitable machines are chosen to create your label to a first class standard.

Quality control at every stage of the printing process ensures colour tints combine perfectly to ensure the highest standard possible of colour.
